Fortnite just got its latest update, and as usually happens at update time, the upcoming skins have been decrypted and shared by Fortnite fans and leakers. However, this update contains some major new additions with two skin collections that are sure to make noise with the community: Fox’s animated shows and Star Wars: The Clone Wars. This leak comes thanks to ShiinaBR over on X (formerly Twitter), so big thanks to their hard work.
The expanded collaboration with Fox brings the women of these shows to Fortnite for the first time, following the existing cosmetics of Peter Griffin, Bob Belcher and Hank Hill. Appropriately then, today’s update contains new skins for Lois Griffin, Linda Belcher. and Peggy Hill, the partners of the existing male Fox animated skins in Fortnite.
As these characters are all also mothers, we’re anticipating their arrival potentially sometime around Mother’s Day weekend, that’s May 10. Along with the leaked skins, there’s also a decrypted burger in a bikini Back Bling for Linda Belcher, along with a pair of Family Guy-branded boxing gloves for Lois Griffin.
Next up, there’s the new Star Wars collaboration as we rapidly approach Star Wars Day on May 4. Fortnite is no stranger to Star Wars, they’ve had an entire collaboration season together, but the new crossover expands into an area previously untouched – the animated The Clone Wars series. As such, both animated Anakin Skywalker and a young Ahsoka Tano are being added into Fortnite.
The full set is yet to be revealed, but we have seen a Fishstick stuck in Carbonite as a comedic Fortnite twist on the classic Han Solo scene. A pair of Star Wars Kicks will also be arriving, in the shape of Stormtrooper heads. Perfect for an Ewok.
